How do I place an order?

Select your school from the homepage, choose your class, add the required items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I buy for more than one child at once?

Yes. You can add products for different students (different classes/sections) in one order and pay together.

How will I get my order?

You can choose from:

  • Home Delivery: Delivered to your address within 7-10 days
  • School Pickup: Some schools allow collection from the school on specified dates
How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

What payment options are available?

We accept:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking

Cash on Delivery is available only if approved by your school.

Are the prices fixed by the school?

Yes, all prices are approved by the school in partnership with My School Branding to ensure quality and consistency.

Will my uniform or ID card have the school name/logo?

Yes. All items like uniforms, ID cards, and bags are fully customized with your school’s branding.

How do I select the correct size for uniforms or shoes?

Each product page has a size chart. Please measure carefully and select the appropriate size before placing your order.

Order Support
Can I modify my order after placing it?

Modifications are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, customization may already be in process.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

Note: Branded/customized items (with logos, names, etc.) are not returnable unless defective.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
